Pilgrimage

Walking at God's pace, taking time to pilgrimage to places of significance. It really means to step out of ourselves in order to encounter God where he has revealed himself, where his grace has shone with particular force. Sometimes I've pilgrimaged to places far away, some are close by. Pilgrimage is an important part of rhythms of the year for me, taking time to step into God's wider story and reset my eyes on Him. .

Urban Gardens

I love urban gardens. Visiting San Fransisco I sought out the garden amongst the city reflecting on our call to continue to seek to tend to the garden in the cities. Here's a mini photo essay of this time. Revelation 21 was a key passage of reflection.

Upon visiting New York I reflected on the gold in the urban spaces, how the light touched everywhere, by day, by night. Here's a photo essay from that time. Genesis 1:3 and Philippians 2:14-16 were some key passages of reflection.
